McAllen is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and McAllen follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Cake was delicious and very beautiful. However I did mention it was a for a cakesmash, why would they leave large wooden skewers on the cake? It could've ended so badly if my baby had hurt himself. Thats my only concern other than that the cake itself was great. Just be cautious when ordering especially if its for baby. Perhaps they should warn customers when ordering to prevent accidents from occurring.

Customer service and the cake I got was TERRIBLE. I have previously ordered cakes from this business, delicious with no problem and great customer service but the last order the girl obviously did not feel like working because she acted like it was an inconvenience for me to order a cake, she then proceeded to say the cake would be over $100 when all the times Iβve gone it wasnβt near that price. She had a terrible tone too, I still decided to place an order and asked if it could be mango with an image on top, she charged me for the imageβ¦ then when I picked it up yesterday and we cut it, it was TERRIBLE, I never said buttercream obviously buttercream and mango cake donβt go together.. as a bakery that specializes in cakes you guys should know but I feel as it bothered her so much that I placed an order that she wanted to teach me a lesson by making sure the cake delivered to me was extremely awful an uneatable. I was in charge of taking the cake Xmas eve and I had hyped of yβallβs cake shop only for everyone to be completely disgusted. The cake had to be thrown out.

A simple this is what I asked for and this is what I got. I donβt know why itβs so hard for people to follow directions. Yes I will say I mentioned that thereβs only 8 of us. But I never requested that I wanted a cake for 8 people. I DID mention it was meant for a photo shoot. The cake we received was WAY too big. It looked for more than 15 people. Unless they go by cutting the pieces of cake really big. Which makes no sense. It had a big ball of frosting on the side. I kept mentioning that it was not what I wanted and was getting ignored and only wanted to give me the credit of $8 for the frosting mistake. They never acknowledged that they messed up or come to a solution. And have left me on read with no response. But yet they keep posting on their instagram stories? And I havenβt received anything at all from them, not even those $8. My mom couldnβt take the pictures she wanted. We were recommended to buy cakes from this place but honestly itβs not worth it. Following instructions should not be that hard. And if youβre not sure what your customer wants for future reference ask your customer to be sure. It shouldnβt be that hard. Do better.

Purchased 2 individual cakes for $15 Carrot & Ferrero, the cakes are nice and fluffy. The Ferrero is divine very delicious and chocolatey. The Carrot was also good the only thing is the cream cheese frosting was more on the cheesy side than sweeter, I prefer mine sweeter but overall delicious cakes!
